I was a little skeptical when I made the reservation, being that we've never been to Fredericksburg. We'll, it was really nice relief when we to to the hotel. The lobby was really nice and the clerk was friendly. We looked around the lobby area and the breakfast area, which was super cute. My daughters couldn't wait foe the morning. The rooms are old but very clean. We ere in room 109, the one bedroom suite. Pretty rooms. My daughters had the sofa bed. There is a heater pool which my daughter were upset that I didn't tell them it was heated. They wanted to go in. I don't recall it was mentioned. Breakfast was actually pretty good. Egg, some potatoes that were pretty tasty, biscuits and gravy, sausage (bacon on another morning). There waffles are actually pretty good. They also have this really cute hot chocolate station in the lobby that my daughters loved. The property outside is sooo beautiful and relaxing. At the lobby they have a good array of beers and wines to enjoy the outdoors. Hotel about 200 yards to Main St, perfect walking distance. You don't have to worry about finding parking. Walking at night is very safe. We walked to have drinks at the Emigrants Boutique Hotel. I highly recommend it if your looking for an economical and pretty place to stay. Location is perfect. Wish I took more pictures.

We are doing a road trip from Florida to Las Vegas and Fredericksburg was our third stop. Ervin welcome us at the front desk and we immediately felt at home. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. Our room was spacious and clean. It was a perfect location being just a couple of blocks from the downtown area. It was a truly relaxing stay. I highly recommend the Fredericksburg Inn, and don’t forget to ask for Ervin to make your experience even more enjoyable.

Hotel is older but remodeled. Bathroom wasn’t super clean. Shampoo/conditioner/shower gel provided. Housekeeping available upon request. Bed was comfortable. WiFi is spotty. Location is 1 block from Main Street. Decent continental breakfast. Coffee, tea, and hot cocoa 24/7. Could hear a lot of noises from neighbors and the street. Nice outdoor areas with fire pits and games. Pool with slide and hot tub. Wine list available at front desk for purchase. Ice machine and free washer and dryer available on the floor. Bring your own detergent. Did not see elevator to reach second floor.

This hotel has THE BEST outdoor area for their guests. The patio with TV, pool with slide, hot tub, huge grass area with multiple fire pits and seating areas, all top notch. We had a great time watching the game outside having a few drinks and playing in the pool. All while the hotel is in perfect walking distance of the main strip of Fredericksburg. The rooms are nothing special. They are comfortable and they are clean and they are what you would expect from a comfort Inn or Econolodge. But the outdoor area is what makes this place worth the stay and the location. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Fredericksburg.

The Fredericksburg Inn is a great little motel just a block or two off the main drag in Fredericksburg. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The hotel has a great pool and patio area. Breakfast was included and was better than your average hotel food. The hotel could use some repairs. The AC systems in the two rooms we had were squeeky and loud all night. There were quite a few broken things around the hotel. But I'm not complaining too much because it really was a nice little motel. The staff seemed a little cranky too, but all-in-all it was a nice place to stay.

Room was clean, young man who checked us in was very friendly, remembered our phone conversation. He suggested a few places to eat eventhough it was Christmas Eve. We didn't use any services except the breakfast. We were the first ones there & not everything was out but the eggs & sausage were good. Coffee was hot! Nice place just off main street

This place is great! You can’t beat the location for convenience and the staff is outstanding. Dillon was super attentive, kind and knowledgeable. He gave us excellent suggestions for “must sees” and where to go for dinner and live music. The rooms were super clean and stocked with everything we needed. This is going to be our place to stay whenever we come back.

The property itself is a complete joy, really nice rooms and great you have active kids or a toddler! Close to everything, really nice pool, the rooms are tasteful and clean! The female receptionist really left a sour taste though when we went to extend the stay (because of how much we enjoyed it!), just an overall unpleasant interaction with her to renew a room despite eventually getting the problem sorted out. Edit* this same receptionist very snarkily mentioned this review to A DIFFERENT paying member of our party on checkout. Stayed in 15 or so hotels on our trip down from Canada and this was by far the nicest hotel with the worst receptionist I have encountered. I was not the only person to noticed her attitude and seemingly pointed dislike for me in particular. Absolutely sour interaction and she really left a negative mark on the trip. All other staff, including a very friendly maintenance and landscaping crew, were lovely and very helpful, chatty and kind, even coming out of their way when they noticed no bubbles in the jacuzzi to fix it without anyone asking; just a genuinely lovely man who clearly takes a lot of pride in his work and had a lovely conversation with him about the flora on the property!
